I used high contrast to achieve this image along side with high exposure. This gave my images a bright and more clear image. On the images of the water photographs i added high amounts of shadows to show the depth and views of the image. 

I added highlights and brilliance to the journeys abroad to create a clear, bright, blue sky to add colour and brightness to the photographs. Adding warmth to the more darker and dull images added more brightness and life to the photographs making them more appealing to look at.
